What if the freedom you seek from
overeating is within you already?
Freedom from habits like overeating? Without willpower and deprivation?
Yes.
No doubt you’ve tried All The Things to conquer your overeating habit. And failed. I know how disappointing that can feel.
Consider this: what if you aren’t the problem? What if you were simply, innocently, using the wrong tools?
What if the traditional approaches to curbing a habit have it backwards? (Hint: that’s why they often don’t work.)
There is a way to find freedom from your overeating habit that doesn’t involve struggle or self-recrimination.
I’m Alexandra Amor and for 35 years I struggled with an overeating habit.
All the self-help books, all the diets, and all the wild and weird approaches to eating that I tried did nothing to curb that habit.
In fact, they seemed to make it worse.
Maybe you can relate.
Then, in mid-2017 a friend introduced me to a field of spiritual-psychology called the 3 Principles (or the Inside-Out Understanding).
That was when everything changed.
I learned that I was innately well and whole, that I was not a problem, and that the compulsion I felt to overeat was actually trying to wake me up to my own wisdom and put an end to my suffering.
If you’ve struggled with food I invite you to consider that there might be an alternative to the willpower and deprivation model we’re all so used to.
