There are outdated approaches to human psychology that treat us as though we are china dolls that can be chipped, broken, and damaged over time by the experiences of life.
My approach is the opposite to this.
I believe that humans are infinitely resilient and resourceful. We are all imbued with innate well-being, wisdom, and peace.
My work is inspired by a man named Sydney Banks, and is informed by others who follow what he taught.
It looks like this: When we lean into understanding that our innate nature is whole and well, when we see the kindness and brilliance in our human design, and when we understand where our experience of life is coming from, our suffering is lessened and our joy grows.
Specifically, the focus of my work helps others explore this understanding with an eye toward letting go of unwanted habits like overeating.
